The season Berries has began

Blackberry's are few but the one that ate ready are good.

Im going to collect and freeze enough to last me through the winter.

So far just raspberries and Blackberry's.

There’s a lady on our allotment that grows blackberries as well as other fruits to make jam which is sold in our allotment shop and all the money goes towards a local hospice. Her blackberries are cultivated ones. They are bigger and sweeter than wild blackberries and the bushes have no thorns on them whatsoever. I’m going to try to take a few cuttings from her plants for my plot.

Be careful. She could be a thorn in your side.
Is she one of those who'll want something back. Maybe wanting you to cultivate her bush for her. Or she might just want plane sex in return for a few cuttings.

My best year for raspberry. I have a bag of them mixed, frozen for the winter.

Only two this morning, I dont think ill get many more.

These where falling as I stood there. So picked them up. I think they are
Mirabelle plum.
If not.....these might kill me before the hair on my palm does.
 
I never knew i had a plumb tree at the bottom of my garden.
