Tax free cash ISA allowance to be cut

I've asked JohnD on more than a couple of occasions what his mysterious high earning ethical European investments are. It’s a question he always ignores. Same as when I ask him what tax free allowances he uses when he's banging on about 'tax dodgers'. That makes him go all quiet as well.
“It’s none of your business”.

Thanks, but I don't understand what you mean.

On several occasions, I have pointed out how much better FEV (an investment trust specialising in Europe) has done, than UK markets.

I have displayed performance graphs.

I have mentioned that I bought some around the time of the Brexit referendum.

All of that is true.

Biker won't say if that's what he has in mind.

Unsurprisingly, I resent Biker making up lies about me.

What do you think this means?
I’ve been clear about what I meant. It’s very easy to pretend you invested in a well performing stock using historical data. If you post what you are buying, when you are buying it, your post has credibility. For example: I stated that I was buying NVDA at the time I bought it, therefore when I say I’m up 80% in 3 months, my post has credibility.

I stated what and when I was buying.

It’s not something you do. Hence when you repeatedly brag about one stock that you invested in outperforming another because of your shrewd investment acumen, it’s easy to think it’s imaginary, because you provide no evidence that it’s true.

The fact that I’m not alone in thinking it, suggests it’s not unfair suspicion.

As I said I don’t have a JohnD invest-time-machine drawing attention to the fact you never provide evidence to back up your investment successes.

I simply applied a term to your behaviour.

We could also talk about the JohnD magic post eraser, that removes posts where he is wrong or worse.

I can see you want to divert attention from your lie.

It is still a lie.

The fact that you never provide evidence to back up your investment claims? No that’s true.

I coined a phrase for it.

The JohnD invest-time-machine.

I don’t have one. That is true.

I suspect you don’t either. So we are left with, investment success claims that aren’t backed up.

When asked, you refuse to disclose.

This leads people to believe they are imaginary.

I’m not interested in your imaginary investment portfolio.

It is not true that I look back and pretend I invested in historically high performing stock.

That is a lie of your own invention.
