Ok fab, thanks. Sorry but how to I check if control panel is giving out 13.8v?That battery is designed to fit in a bellbox to provide the SAB function…It’s only 8.4 v where as your alarm back up battery is 13.8 v
I would remove that battery and check the control panel is giving out 13.8 v ….it may have damaged the panel
