Did you have ownership of them?No that’s because I had an “interest” in 2 properties

You forgot to put WRONG in capitals.I am sorry that MotorGrifting is wrong.
If only he researched the topic thoroughly before posting…..he could save some embarrassment.
“Interest” in both. Just like Angela. Eventually, my my first home was transferred to my ex, however, unlike Angela I retained no interest in the property.Did you have ownership of them?
Not according to the government:It’s not about “ownership” it’s about “interest”.
Does she have a lifetime right to live in the house?A lifetime right to live in a house = is an interest.
Funny how you never mentioned that before….I guess you thought of it.A lifetime right to live in a house = is an interest

It’s about professional negligence, if what Ange says is true. It’s not about “ownership” it’s about “interest”.

Conveyancers ask for stamp duty up front, they do the calcs Ange believed she didn’t own another property.I didn't (not that I'll be likely to be buying a second home, so moot).
And, I've bought and sold three houses in my life, and have done little more than sign where I had to.
Leave all of the other stuff to people who were paid to do it. Otherwise, why pay them at all?
(Not defending AR, just responding to MD's point).
Has it struck you that you know more about property law than Ange (and most of the rest of the country)? It’s not about “ownership” it’s about “interest”.
When in any company do you promote your mate.. er work colleague to a top position without knowing first they area a specialist in this area already. This is negligence by the person who selected her for this position and her also.
Irrespective of the party the very top position in the country you don't make basic rookie errors like this, and to claim its not your specialist area makes the point i have raised here many times.

I think we are all absolutely sick to the back teeth of being lied to and treated like idiots by this and the previous government, replace her with an SME in housing not another fekin mate!
Id like to give a mention to the likes of Wes Streeting(just to show i am not like the childish football mentality remedials on here supporting as long as theyre red, blue etc), be like him, keep yourself squeaky clean, deliver in proffessional manner at all times, be like Wes and you wouldn't be in this pickle now Angela you foul mouthed arrogant person.
Not according to the government:
Note: the bit about having an “interest” in a property applies if you are the beneficiary of a trust

I bet she was a nightmare. It’s about professional negligence, if what Ange says is true.
You haven’t a clue
