She got advice and buried away in the small print was an exclusion clause. Not guilty.

Well, it will be interesting to see who replaces her.
Problem is with labour and not just Labour, remember 'Britains first female leader of the Lib dems' they love to go out of their way to show they are inclusive at the detriment of their overall performance, that rings a bell doesn't it. Just like the idiots on here wanting any and everyone into our country without having a brains or balls to say no, refusing to acknowledge the negative impact it is having.
Anyway i digress, much as i would like it to be a women replacing her, i don't see that happening, i dont see anyone credible, like i said few days back, it should be someone like Wes Streeting, i actually think he's still somewhat uncorrupted and very well turned out, proffessional etc. HOWEVER i do feel 2tier wont like him as he most probably feels threatened by himm, i think he does have an eye on the prize also, which Starmer won't like, and you can tell the other women he has close to him in the cabinet are not a threat. Promote an amateur at your peril!!
