Then and Now, What We Have Lost.

On the wonderful NHS...look at the British on that 1950s beach and see how trim, healthy and happy they are. Compare a modern beach, with people of whale-like proportions, all manner of disabilities genuine or fake, various self-uglifying tattoos/piercings/dyed hair, litter carpeting the ground, and the ever-present and all-pervading sad stench of cannabis in the air. Is this how 70 years of the NHS has improved us?
 
On Denso.... the NHS has indeed improved some! It is the largest employer in the country, some say in the world? Unsackable public sector workers with guaranteed pensions. What the Russians used to call Party Members. Many great staff of course, but much inefficiency and waste.

...and don't pay much heed to MNW67, he is something of a joke poster, playing it just for laughs.
