Everything in Britain is two-tier. Have you been in your local town centre lately? Seen all those immigrants on bikes delivering Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eat and other kinds of slop? They ride through the pedestrian parts of the shopping area and on suburban pavements. This is illegal; in plain sight, 24/7 but the police do nothing.

Notwithstanding the other crimes being committed (illegal immigration, not permitted to work, no driving license or insurance) at any other time in our recent past riding motorbikes on the pavements would have been unthinkable, and stopped pretty quickly by the police.

Got any other examples of two-tier Britain folks? And no Denso and Notch, I don't want to hear from you telling us there's no such thing. We all know what you think. Go and watch a nice BBC brainwashing drama.

White people get lesser sentences than ethnic minorities for the same crime.

Free speech for one. Protests which is every British citizens right are being stopped if it is about illegal immigration. Seems like the government would rather deal with the protesters than the issues that they are protesting about.

Interestingly, in that article I posted on the other thread about the rally, a female protestor told the reporter the same thing. The reporter pointed out that at that exact moment the protester was standing outside Downing Street with a banner saying "Starmer is a w@nker".

What about when our 'travelling' brethren camp up on public land, shut down businesses, vandalise the place, leave tons of garbage behind costing tens of thousands to clean up and don't get fined a penny. Yet if you drop a cigarette in the Arndale you get fined £80.

They come every year to The Downs near Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol. Stay for a week at least - caravans on the grass where no one else is allowed to drive or they will get fined. In no hurry to go and council in no hurry to evict. Leave tons of rubbish, feaces and commercial waste when they go.

The rich v's poor two tier? Or the white v's anyone of colour two tier? Either way, neither will be surpassed by any of your (non-two tier) imaginings.

On MNW76's assertion that white people get lesser sentences than ethnic minorities for the same crime: Tell this to Ricky Jones and Lucy Connolly.

On WNM67's post about the "Starmer is a W@nker" banner: This is not controversial or ironic; the protester and her banner were correct, he is a w@nker. The government should be doing something about the w@nker not the protester.

Britain and the US are poor societies with some very rich people

last year the lowest-earning bracket of British households had a standard of living that was 20 per cent weaker than their counterparts in Slovenia.

The point is that when you are allowed to stand outside Downing Street with a banner saying that the Prime Minister is a w@nker, it is ironic to complain that your free speech is being banned.

It's been discussed to death previously, and no sign of any different justice.

And you have the right to say that.

Because of our right to free speech that has not been curtailed, but look at what the right wing want to do about it.

Billionaire rich vs those in poverty is more like two tier. Far rage relies on the latter’s votes to subsidise the former. When I was last in Southend there was a fair bit of ostentatious wealth but the place was full of druggies too. A predominantly white town but definitely two tier.
