My dog Lilly was Australian. Now she never took any notice of the TV if there was a dog barking, she wouldn't even look up.

Until one day we are watching a drama set in an outback town of South Australia. A dog was barking and my Lilly got up and barked back.

Thats barking mad..... dont you think?
Well, aussie dogs can be very mad indeed. Especially after a few bowls of Fosters!!

They are about as British as the children of Smith and Jones are Spanish because they settled in Spain and had children.

For example, If I were having a child , I would not be considering any of the above names. Stop being ridiculous

y'all confusing British with English.

I wouldn't call a child 'Nova' or 'Cloud' but some do. English/British or just something you wouldn't think of?
Scotty McScotchface isn't English, either and i imagine y'all wouldn't name your kid like that, either.

Once again, your Moslem prejudice shines through with every word you write.

so a person with a foreign name cant be a British citizen in Motties eyes

the casual racism is never far below

but good old Nige said all the problems in this country are caused by illegal immigrants

The thing is, just because a word is unfamiliar to you, that doesn't mean that only one other person in the world uses it. Maybe you are the outlier?

There are dozens of people on this forum who use/have used that word are they all Himmy?

How about Highway Man?

What about Brigadier?

He's got quite a substantial history of accusing others of being Himmy - do you think he's been running a false-flag operation, and actually he is Himmy?

Interesting too that fillyboy and aveatry should have thanked you for that post

Do they not realise that you think they are Himmy?

Do they take it in turns, do you think? Or are they both Himmy?

Are they actually just one person? After all, they've used the word as often as I have. Maybe I'm fillyboy. Maybe aveatry is me.

Can you hear the noise of wheels falling off yet?
Yep, definitely Himmy.
Long researched posts for something totally trivial, multiple posts fired at high speed, total nonsensical denial of his own ways, etc...

These are not typical British names.
The people with those names might be British, but their name is not.
I know an Italian girl called Samira and her brother is called Abdul: are these typical Italian names to you?

Ok so you think a typical British name is "Nusrat Munir" you are making a silly argument for the sake of being ridiculous and in order to accuse someone of being a racist and stating that it shines through. Absurd but that's what you lefty's do, try a guilt trip to make a case, it doesn't wash with me. I am no racist so how it looks obvious that I am holds no water.

I don't know what a 'typical' British name means.

It isn't difficult to guess. Lots of names accross the globe are common to a certain culture or region of the world. It isn't a racist comment.

Let's see: would you name a child any of these names from the Victorian age - the high point of British culture:

Ada Poo Cuttlepepper
Sassafrass Baboon
Pardon Cheese

Take a look through some of the names in the books of Darles Chickens and then tell me what a 'British' name should be.

A man has been charged.

Anthony Williams, 32, from Peterborough, has been charged with 11 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possession of a bladed article, the Crown Prosecution Service said.

Sounds Welsh to me.

Does it state why he attacked all those people?
