Anthony Williams, 32, from Peterborough, has been charged with 11 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm and one count of possession of a bladed article, the Crown Prosecution Service said.

How come violent crime/homicides are at such a low level not seen in decades and are now at a historical low?

So it appears that actual crime rates are going in the opposite direction to the rise in right wing rhetoric

If people believe that crime is on the increase, then, inside their heads , crime is on the increase.
