Nigel will restore the correct balance once again and make Britain great again.

The name Samir Zitouni is not typically British in origin.

  • Samir is a common Arabic given name, found across many Arabic-speaking and Muslim-majority countries (such as Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, and others). It means “companion in evening talk” or “entertaining companion.”
  • Zitouni is a North African surname, especially common in Algeria and Tunisia. It’s derived from the Arabic word zitoun, meaning “olive,” so it roughly translates to “of the olives” or “olive grower.”

So it’s the name of someone British, not a British name.

Even you can comprehend that, surely ?

"Typically" is a red herring. Sixtus Rees-Mogg does not have a typical British name. He was born here to parents who were born here, and who chose to give him that name. Are you going to claim that he does not have a British name?

I suggest you read this https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/train-stabbings.651700/post-6133344 and see if you can comprehend the fact that names are imported into this country from all over the place, by people of all sorts of ethnicities, and have been for thousands of years.

It may not be "typical", but there is no more reason to say that "Samir Zitoui" is not a British name than there is to say that any other name brought here by any other foreign-born British citizen isn't.

There will be none of this stuff and nonsense in a few years from now when Reform takes the reigns

It’s not typical or originally a British name. But he’s still a British citizen.

You’re not good at this. I’m not even trying and you’re on a back foot. Just leave it there, it’s better for you.

The more you and the likes of you harp on like this, you do realise that the educated amongst us find you more repulsive by each post. I find it completely embarrasing trying to communicate with you. Simple concepts get turned into complex issues and you find problems that don't exist. Go for a lie down and give us all a break.

Well said!!

Mohamed isn’t a British name; Originally, but I know a few Mohamed’s born in the Uk, making them British, with the name Mohamed.

You’re welcome.
If people born in the U.K. are registered with the name Mohamed, that is a British name.
What you mean is Mohamed is not a traditional British name

Before the Normans invaded the names William, Henry, Robert, Matilda, and Alice weren’t British names……I think you will find they are now

I am sorry if this is all a little complicated for you……stick to bending copper pipe if you prefer

What’s blowing my mind, they all believe yhe lies the post. It seems once it’s been posted it’s true!!

I’m not sure which one is worse now.
I laugh at them mate, they are so funny,. You can't take them seriously. They take themselves serious which is worrying but amusing.
