Hi
I have a high pressure shower valve in the loft which has stopped working. Just vibrates when on but no water flow. The red light is steady. I guess it could just be a blockage but I'm not sure how to disconnect the 2 hot n cold inlet connectors to get it out so I can open it up. Could anyone please advise from the photo?

Isolate the hot and cold and then read what's on the connector to the left of the screwdriver slot - chances are it'll say either - "push or lift 2 release"

I lifted out the white things and it says Release to the right of those but no obvious idea what or how to release. Just trying pulling apart doesn't seem to work.

Once those locks are out then they should just pull off. It may be a bayonet type fitting where you might have to turn it through 90deg. Never heard of BathroomBrand before to see if there's an MI available for it.

Thanks, I'll try that later
