1 Supply n demand has some bearing. Not enuff homes for the population. Bringing unqualified foreigners in and their families on tax credits can't help.
2 Rachel from accounts fully costed plan.
3 Stagnant economy, see above.
4, 5 and 6 Too many of the population not paying their way.
We have enuff home grown net losers. Stop importing more.
So out of 6 points, only a small % of one of those pointshave managed to attribute to immigrants.
So thank you for proving my point.
1) vast majority of housing crisis is not caused by immigration, most of the housing crisis issue was already in place before CONSERVTIVES increased net migration
Immigration is only a small part of the problem
Housing crisis is due to:
A) Thatcher flogging 1.5m council houses
B) deregulation of mortgages
C) vast amounts of Quantitative Easing
2) economy was in a mess way before Labour got in power -stagnant wages from 2010, public services slashed from 2010, 10 years of austerity making ordinary people worse off……yet during austerity the wealthy got massively richer.
3) stagnant economy was from 2010 to 2024
4,5,6 ) “we have too much of the population not paying their way”
Poor Mitch, repeating the punching down trope pushed by the Daily Mail.
Come on Mitch, tell us what percentage of people on benefits are lazy scroungers:
Do you think the following are lazy:
1) the 750,000 waiting for NHS operation etc to get better to work
2) people with disabilities
3) people with progressive diseases
4) people with terminal illnesses
5) women with PTSD from domestic violence
6) people who are careers for spouses, relatives
Come on you made the claim, let’s see you have a backbone and put some numbers to your claim.
