…and the EU queue for passport control was ten times the size of the non-EU one, e.g. us Brits. We flew through. You could see the resentment on those EU nationals as we waved them goodbye from the other side of passport control. I guess the authorities are at last acknowledging our bravery at getting out of the EU and giving us the respect we deserve. Oh, yeah. No international driving licence required, GHIC cards issued, no special 'Brit insurance' required and plenty, and I do mean plenty, of inclusive roaming available. None of us paid a single penny extra to use our phones to call home, text or access the internet while in Spain. Happy days! :giggle:

What was brave about it?

It would be brave if you acknowledged Brexit was a mahoooosive mistake and the reason the economy is so sh1t now…..but ya won’t cos you aren’t.

giving us the respect we deserve
Interesting how Brexit supporters always think in emotive terms….because they don’t understand trade barriers, data, evidence…..all they can do is wave a flag

It's a bit like his "tomatoes". Even when the government was admitting the reason for the delays in fresh produce motties local was full to the brim with them

Likewise every time he goes abroad, it's quick and empty.

The facts just don't support his anecdotes.

In fairness, he did provide photographic evidence of the abundance of tomatoes in his area, and few posters on here witnessed in real life the 'stock photo empty shelves' seen in the newspapers.

Once again for the poorly educated:

Just because 1 supermarket in one town had tomatoes on a particular day is NOT evidence there’s not a problem.

The evidence was in the rolling shortages reported by the retailing industry, which I provided.

Obviously poorly educated Trump and Farage supporters won’t be able to grasp dats, facts, evidence.

I've got six tomatoes in the fridge if anyone is interested?

Don't let facts get in the way of a Brexit supporter
