…and the EU queue for passport control was ten times the size of the non-EU one, e.g. us Brits. We flew through. You could see the resentment on those EU nationals as we waved them goodbye from the other side of passport control. I guess the authorities are at last acknowledging our bravery at getting out of the EU and giving us the respect we deserve. Oh, yeah. No international driving licence required, GHIC cards issued, no special 'Brit insurance' required and plenty, and I do mean plenty, of inclusive roaming available. None of us paid a single penny extra to use our phones to call home, text or access the internet while in Spain. Happy days!
