Starmer postpones elections even further in Reform areas...

Oh dear the stench of desperation :ROFLMAO:

Next you will be claiming Reform councils are competent :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Why would I claim that? - the whole point of this thread, is to discuss the loss of our democratic right to vote for those who are supposed to have a democratic mandate to represent us.

Unfortunately, faced with total wipeout, Starmer has opted to delay the vote. Its almost like his own party are using it as a test of his leadership.

He's not ready to take that test yet.

So it follows that an MOT tester is not required to have any knowledge of how to correctly adjust or use these mirrors, merely check that it's possible with the mirrors fitted? as You do not need to adjust mirrors or devices for this check.

Can you think of a reason why you might want to use your big/flat/general purpose mirror to observe the blind spots in the space you intent to occupy when changing lanes rather than the secondary convex mirror that makes object appear much smaller?

Before you answer you might want to do a bit of research on how the human brain/vision responds to larger images which appear to be moving quicker than smaller objects which appear to be moving slower. Which mirror do you think is better suited to providing this information?

Perhaps not something you'd learn as an MOT tester, but definitely something you'd be expected to know if you were training advanced drivers as I did for over 10 years.
Read the manual.

Those are the rules.

I can still remember when Johnson lied to the Queen to get Parliament prorogued so he could rule without being overseen and controlled.

That's why the Queen resolved never to give him the Order of the Garter.

He claims he did nothing wrong.

Bs. Her Majstry The Queen was 100% behind brexit and Buckingham Palace gave borris its complete backing. But you won't find out for at least 50 years.

You both proved you haven't

In this instance I've quoted the manual.

Take it up with the dvsa I just follow the rules.
The only 2 people that got upset were the 2 that didn't know which mirror was which.

You and hwchild
Are you suggesting the The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, specifically defines which mirror is used for which purpose?

Seems you don't know anything about the requirements after all.
