Coffee. How do you take yours?

After trying various, sometimes complex machines, and methods, I've settled for the past few years on a simple French Press, leaving it 4 minutes to brew two cups. After pouring my first cup, I cover the press with a woolly hat, to keep it warm.

I settled on a single cup French press. Gives a very different flavour profile to espresso based long coffee.

I like a flat white or 2 in the morning. Sometimes a really strong coffee made with 4 shots, 1 spoon of brown sugar and 2 spoons of coffee mate.
