After trying various, sometimes complex machines, and methods, I've settled for the past few years on a simple French Press, leaving it 4 minutes to brew two cups. After pouring my first cup, I cover the press with a woolly hat, to keep it warm.

I see a lady carefully hand picking selective beans could this have bean Mrs Mottie.. ?Bonus this morning when Mrs Mottie reminded me that I had some speciality biscuits in the cupboard that I had been given at Christmas along with my coffee bean grinder and selection of beans.
