People tend to get over sensitive when someone gets shot and fatally wounded, you cannot blame the shooter for over reacting as he had a split second decision to make. Other agents were shouting orders for her to get out of the car and even opened her door. She was under no illusion that they wanted her to stop, an agent placed himself in front of the car to prevent her from going forward, another agent opened her passenger door. She decided to ignore the agents and provoked this whole incident. Nothing more than a tragic and self inflicted outcome.

Totally against the rules and the training.
 
I also think that her wife has played a big part in all of this by telling the agents if you want to come at us etc, that didn't help the situation either.
 
Her deliberate parking in the middle of the road and blocking the agents work was another big mistake, lots of things throughout the timeline of this incident will build up a picture that led up to the shooting.

That is true. The victim herself said nothing inflammatory. If you watch the video below (taken from across the street) in conjunction with the POV video, it becomes much clearer what happened. The wife say those words to the killer, then the killer goes back to his car, and immediately the other agent (the one who puts his arm through the window) comes from the other side. It could be that the killer had radioed for his mate.
