I disagree - you have consider the time he made the decision would have been 1 or 2 second earlier. whether he deliberately put himself into a position to give him a lawful reason to open fire is of course a different discussion.
I can't make it out other than it seemed to be fairly close to the first shot which was through the windscreen. We know from how the vehicle ended up that she did not comply after the 1st shot, probably due to being dead. But the time between shot 1 and 2 and 3 is very close.
There are several stills on this thread, synced against the gunshots, which show the gun pointing directly through the driver's side window when the second and third shots are taken. Nobody, anywhere disputes that. You really haven't been following this.
