Hi @accelerator thank you. Gutters were just cleaned before Christmas so all clear on that side. Only thing I can think of is that huge amount of snow we had few days ago that might have created a problem. But the question is from where? I am thinking to climb on the roof tomorrow morning when there is a good visibility and have a look for any signs. The issue is it might be so small and will be hard to figure out. I have also ordered a gorilla waterproof seal to roll it on the mortar joint but thinking whether this will ne a right move or not?

Sorry what does that mean.
You look to have a small triangular shaped damp patch with what might be a small hole in it neear the corner. Also is that a skylight in the pic.. Either of those coulld leak with a large covering of snow sat on them for a few days.
The coping stones have a drip channel on the underside. When it rains the water that runs off them should reach a channel routed into the underside so that it can not track backwards (towards the parapet). In your case, there is not visible drip channel.
That said, your problem seems to be related to thawing snow rather than heavy rain fail. My (lay) gut instinct would be that the height of the snow allowed water ingress that would not be an issue were it just rain.
As I said though, it is not my area of expertise.
So I climbed outside on the roof. It appears that there is an over hang on the coping stones. One thing that struck me was on one of the photograph the grey GRP moulding is. Should that not be siliconed and maybe it's that place where the water has come inside after snow melted? What does everyone think.

I have rotated the image so that it is the correct way up. I do not understand why your upside down image looked so different.

It is really weird, your upside down photo makes it look like the mortar is bulging out. I took the same image and rotated it by 180 degrees and it looks normal.
Contrary to my earlier post there does indeed seem to be an overhang. I honestly do not know if the overhang is sufficient.

It would be more useful to have an image from a few metres away showing the whole area particularly the areas above the internal damp. Mark the locations of the damp on the image
The upstand is set in to the joint, so whilst a drip is preferably, lack of a drip won't be causing water to penetrate the wall
