Not any more. Back in the day (61 years ago actually) I was a student at an agricultural college and you could take Proficiency Tests and I gained my gold badge because I passed eight of them, one of which was poultry plucking and trussing. Incidentally, one of the main aspects of dressing poultry correctly is to make sure that the sinews of the legs have been removed. I don't think anyone does it anymore because every time we have poultry to eat, including the Christmas turkey, the legs have still got the sinews in them and that spoils the eating of them.
If you want to carry on using it for sentimental reasons, take the bowl to a kitchenware shop and find a plastic bowl that fits inside. It doesn’t matter about height, diameter is then important thing. Slightly loose to allow for ice expansion.
If too tall you could trim the top down.
Glue the dog bowl back together but it will break again.
Putting a squash / tennis ball in the bowl will help prevent ice from expanding to break anything.
