ICE told to get the eff out

From the videos we have seen so far, Renee didn't 'block' the road. The second lane wasn't 'blocked' at all and traffic, which included some of the ICE cars, was flowing freely. The ICE operation had been taking place more than a hundred yards away from where she was parked. After the operation was completed, some of the ICE agents drove off in their cars, presumably to their next operation. They drove straight past Renee and were totally unimpeded. So, she wasn't obstructing them during the operation, because it was taking place more than a hundred yards away. And she wasn't obstructing them after they had finished the operation, because we can see them driving past her without any trouble whatsoever.

If only the investigators were as clever as you.

Stop being silly. You’ve not been objective on this from page 1. By ignoring all the facts you don’t like and amplifying the ones you do, you’ve settled on an idea that isn’t too far away from: masked gunmen murder innocent woman.

I am probably the only person on this thread who has been objective:

I have said that Renee knew the masked men were ICE agents.

I have said that the person who told Renee to drive off was Becca Good.

I have said that the first shot might be lawful.

I have said that even if the attempted arrest was unlawful, that doesn't prevent the agent from lawfully shooting in self-defence.

But as always, your inability to give specifics and understand the law means that you fall back on generic waffle and ridiculous straw men.

Even if she was blocking the road, and was parked illegally, the penalties for those do not include summary execution with no trial.
If you drive your car at an armed officer then I suppose you can conclude that you might get shot rather than executed.

Righto.

Nonsense. Traffic had to divert around her

Although you have got that totally wrong in regards to Renee and Becca, you have inadvertently stumbled upon an interesting story.

Trump actually is using 18 U.S.C. § 372. But not against Becca Good. He is using it against the mayor of Minneapolis and the governor of Minnesota. Trump is trying to imprison his political opponents for making political speeches condemning the use of ICE agents in their state. For those who cannot see the big picture, Trump's USA is hurtling towards authoritarianism. All in plain sight.
Exactly my point, this is all about Trump to you, never mind the fact that her dog would have been frightened to death. Shame on you.

Do you mean that some of them had to move into an adjacent lane. If so, does that meet the threshold for obstructing a federal officer. I honestly don't know. My gut feeling, though, is that it is such a tiny little impediment that it won't meet the threshold for a federal crime.

Oh now come on, this is a step too far. You know full well she brought this on herself, why don't you just say yes you agree with her being shot but you blame Trump.

That on it's own, no of course not.

Ask yourself if he had probable cause (you might want to google that first) to believe the objective was to cause an obstruction, giving him grounds to stop her.

I am the only person who has actually looked at all the evidence, broken it down and applied the law.

Show me one instance where you don't think I have been objective.

Everybody else is in one camp or the other, pushing one extreme or the other.

I am the only person saying that the shooting might be lawful, even though, based on what we have seen so far, the initial attempt to arrest her was unlawful. You can't get more objective than that.
