It's the heating return valve that comes with the boiler..Do you know what it’s called? I’ve attached the picture from the manual but the pressure gauge is on the wrong side to mine?

yeah I replaced the filling loop today and didn’t use those valves at all?And when you do replace it... Never ever use it![]()
Is this the same thing? https://www.ukheatingpumps.co.uk/Un...e-Isolation-Valve-22mm-x-3-4--For-ALL-BoilersOr just fit a £5, 22mm bent tap connector.....compression of course.
Add an isolating valve and you have the same thing.......lol
Them prices are a rip off. I probably have one in my boxes of spares and will have a look later.
Yeah was always mentioned on the boiler service but nothing done about it. If it was closed it leaked. The other side done the same thing last night but was quite a heavy drip and the towel I wrapped round it was soaking so I swapped it all this morning. £11 from City plumbing but now I’ve spotted a leak on one of the return valves which isn’t cheap. It looks like the inlet valve to the filling loop has been left permanently open.

Doesn't look exactly the same, who knows.
