Disgustingly, the Trump regime are trying to spin it than he was an armed man who approached the agents with a gun and they shot him in self defence.

It is true that the victim (totally legally) had a holstered gun. But he never touches it. This video breaks down the crucial moment. They pin the victim on his hands and knees. One of the agents reaches into the victim's waistband/holster and takes his gun. And then another agent shoots him about ten times in the back.
