if the experts get it wrong.

Apparently he was the "only person in this room who knows how to operate this gun proper."

He really wasn't. They say he was the kindest man. His job was caring for veterans. The thing that got him in trouble was trying to stand up for a woman who had been assaulted with pepper spray.
was she assaulted?, was she really?

Yes a lovely man carrying a loaded weapon.
I like to think that most men carry a loaded weapon . . . Well, most men. Hmmm. Maybe not round here. It depends I suppose, depends on your environment, & where in the universe your reality belongs.

was she assaulted?, was she really?

It seems pretty clear to me that she committed the heinous crime of being belligerent & therefore deserved to be forcefully & aggressively pushed in the chest by a well nourished, well armed, well protected, well trained operative who enjoyed the comfort of the knowledge that all his mates were behind him.

Did they have good cause to spray her.
Of course they did, don't tell us you have found on AI that she shouldn't have been. Is there any aspect of the law that you actually agree with unless it is carrying a loaded gun or driving your car at armed officers?

quit trolling.
Says the person posting page after page trying to defend the indefensible...

But I guess that's all you can now come up with...

When are you publishing your book entitled 'why make one post when hundreds will say exactly the same'?

On a serious note though, if I was that agent I would have shot him in the leg to calm him down as he was struggling and fighting. He would have calmed down after that and still be alive but of course that is easy to say looking at a video from the comfort of your home.
I think a tazer or similar high voltage stun would have sufficed. A shot in the leg in the wrong artery is still of course a risk he would bleed to death. When unarmed and a protester I don't think shooting is warranted.

Agreed but a shot in the shin would have been more than enough to stop him being so violent. Not sure the ICE agents have stun guns tbh?

The guy they shot was about to commit mass murder
You truly are not that bright...

Of course if you can back up that claim, then feel free to do so...

Your expectant silence on that will endure until you move on to the next topic that encapsulates your dislike of 'certain people' ;)

Prove otherwise

I can't see any. She was simply videoing one of the officers. That is completely legal. He pushed her violently and repeatedly and then pepper sprayed her. Where was his good cause.
As you can see from some of the other videos. Some of the observers, position themselves deliberately in the way and use their phone cameras is if they are filming some sort of feature. When they are told to move back they choose another spot in the way.

did she get out of the way?

He wasn't going anywhere. He just didn't like being videoed.
