I can't see any. She was simply videoing one of the officers. That is completely legal. He pushed her violently and repeatedly and then pepper sprayed her. Where was his good cause.
I want to see Ice officer go down for this but let's not deny there were a few people in that crowd at agonising Ice for a reaction. Shoving phones in their faces etc is risky.. I always find this strange, if I was going to organise this protest I would remind anyone operating outside of the organised strategy is risking death or injury.

As you can see from some of the other videos. Some of the observers, position themselves deliberately in the way and use their phone cameras is if they are filming some sort of feature. When they are told to move back they choose another spot in the way.

did she get out of the way?

Who are YOU to tell me to move back? What authority over me do you enjoy???

Could you tell us where filming in public is a crime/felony?

Would you rather the state just swept their actions under the carpet?

After all, without video evidence they could get away with anything...

Including murder!

I think the officers have an extremely difficult job. They are being sent there as political tools to stir up resentment.

Is there anything between your ears?

Agreed but a shot in the shin would have been more than enough to stop him being so violent. Not sure the ICE agents have stun guns tbh?
Depending on the gun that's still a life changing injury depending on the firearm have you seen the exit wounds of some of those weapons like a P320 which would shatter bone causing secondary shrapnel injury potential lasting neve damage etc. It's not just a patch it up and heal job, only if very lucky. Getaway robber yes, assault rapist fleeing etc yes. Protestor just protecting another one possibly chanting a few hurty words.. no, the ICE agents should be traine and equipped to deal with rioters and escalations not terrorism level only.

If you calm down you girls blouse you'll see I am wholly against what has happened. I am just saying being there chanting and winding up the ice officers is a risky game. They have already proven to be thoroughly unprofessional and trigger happy. It's a risk I wouldn't take protesting against them in numbers. I would single them out. Just saying.

We've done this earlier in the thread, if your observation, crosses in to obstruction, then you risk a burning sensation in your eyes and throat. If you persist it might be a burning sensation caused by the discharged round in your head.

There are very conflicting reports about how this played out. Some are asserting his weapon was never drawn. Still, at least we have ICE body cam footage to see the reality. Oh wait ...
There's a photo of an ice ageny holding his gun - he had been disarmed, and was of no threat.

ICE will continue to murder American civilians so long as there are no repurcussions. And judging by the comments here, ICE have a lot of support to do anything they like.

Welcome to 1936.
