No. It is the exact moment of the third shot. After being shot, Alex starts to fall forwards and then the same agent shoots him twice more in the back. Nobody knows for sure where the first shot came from, but it is most likely an accidental discharge. This agent and another agent then stand about six feet away and shoot him another five times.

I was under the impression from your post #2400 he was lying down when the shooting started, as opposed to on his knees, whereas the shots in #2400 were obviously later. Understood.
Doesn't look good for those agents.

I think this might go the distance. It’s the kind of picture you expect to see in some African war lord state or communist regime.
As I said earlier in the thread, there was a significant pause between the first 1-2 shots and the rest.

I've known Americans who carry a concealed firearms. I don't agree with it, and their system is screwed up, but many do. That doesn't make him a mass murderer, and we look forward to you providing evidence that he was about to be. The onus is on you to support you claim:

That still image makes it look incredibly bad, as if they had made him kneel for an execution. But that might not be what really happened. He was actually shot both before and after that still image.

When this gets to a civil claim. I’d expect the fact that the dead man’s gun was not in a safe state will play a part. Irrelevant of what is normal for the US. The state of his firearm contributed to the outcome.
Yes, moments before the shooting started, an agent had taken Alex's gun. That agent then walks off holding that gun. Then the first shot is fired, which is most likely an accidental discharge. And then Alex is shot three or four times from behind whilst kneeling, as in the photos above.
