Hi all,

Got a new Tiger Shed Workshop and I'm really pleased with the quality, however the floor panels butt up against each other and the instructions tell you to put it together via an angled fixing. I've found it raised one side by about 3mm.. Any idea how to fix it ?

In hindsight, I should of just screwed it together whilst turned over.. but too late now.

Sounds like there was no pilot hole for the shank so the screw jacked up the top board.

Take out the screws, stand on the board to press it tightly down, screw it in again.

If you want to pilot drill the board, use a drill that the shank will pass through, but tightly.

Looking at your pic, the bearers for the two panels are next to each other, so probably standing at the same height.

Yeah but there is now a Lip of 3mm.. think I'll take all the screws out and try again with a pilot hole

Yes, I might be wrong, but it is easy for a screw to jack up a floorboard.
