That isn't a monopoly by Muslims.
Many cultures behave similarly. Especially in places where Old people's Homes don't exist, or are out of the economic ability of the younger members of the family.

And what of the 3.9 million disabled people receiving PIP, and the 1.8 million receiving Attendance Allowance, do we hide them all away and pretend they don't exist in our civilised caring society.
