Hi I live on a street where there is not many down pipe for the rain water to run off and as mine is the end house I’m getting the rain water from around 15 houses, is there any pipe fittings that I can use to stop it coming on to my property like a stopper of some kind I’m at my wits end please help

Assuming your question is not a joke, it belongs in the Building Forum.
I'll ask the mods to move it. You originally posted in the Jokes section.

Are they rented or owner-occupied?
What type of guttering?

Regulations state that the capacity should be appropriate for the anticipated volume of water, considering the roof size, local climate, and rainfall intensity that your area experiences.

I should imagine stopping the free flow of water along the guttering to its lawful(?) discharge point will result in legal action being taken against you

How many downpipes are there, along those 15 houses?

Around 4 which isn’t good I know so me being the last one is taking all the streets water

You need to confirm the other 3, or 4, are all taking their share of the water. If they are blocked, or obstructed, the water will run to the lowest point of exit.

Is it causing you some obvious problem?

Is it flowing correctly into a drain?

If not, why not?

If there are 4 downpipes, are the other three not working?
