Collect all pre-stamped envelopes from junk mail, fill a box at the time with stones, tape the envelope to the box and take it to the post office.
Royal mail will deliver and charge extra postage to recipient.

In other words, fill boxes with the stones and send them to the companies sending you junk mail with a self addressed envelope
