Don't run, even on a treadmill. Definitely not on tarmac.

You'll end up with strong leg muscles and knackered joints. Initially good for you, then in later life you'll be crippled.

Cycle or swim. Both take the weight off your legs and build strength and fitness but without any impact.

But don’t build much muscle , only weights do that .

Swimming doesn't build strength.
That's what weights are for.
