I need to work on my legs

Just back from the gym, I was studying myself for quite some time in the mirrors. I have an impressive upper body that most men would die for, however I just feel let down by my legs, I have legs shaped more like a woman than for my physique. In jeans etc I have really shapely legs but I want them more muscular to match the rest of me. Any suggestions for workouts for my legs.
Deadlifts. Squats. Front squats. When you're deadlifting 2 1/2 plus times your bodyweight, your legs will have thickened up. Try Oly squats with your bodyweight on the bar for plenty of reps. If you're running test already and getting enuff cals/ protein it's a case of pushing harder.
 
Nope. I know a bit about this . . . Most top class swimmers fitness regimes revolves almost entirely in the pool.

I have neglected my legs for my upper body, I thought the test would take care of it (300mg per week) with minimal effort input from me, how wrong I was, although my legs are nicely toned they would suit Marilyn Monroe better. I find it so difficult to build out my legs.

Quickly, get in touch with Adam Peaty and let him know what he's been doing wrong.

Just look at him training, the fool. Not a bit of swimming involved…..

exercise bike/ squats (adding weights as you progress) for muscle groups above the knee, walking for calf muscles
