According to your Lloyds policy, you've no need to tell them as it’s on their 'No screen medical conditions list’. There’s no need to tell them about your PMT either if it’s your time of the month…..

I closed my Nationwide account with packaged travel insurance (£18 per month) as with my high cholesterol and blood pressure plus active surveillance on my prostate plus Mrs Motties mild asthma, I was having to pay a top up of £180 a year. I just get single trip insurance nowdays.
