Best way to fill in missing seat back material

I am doing a camper van conversion, removed the cargo bulkhead and found a lack of material on the back of the front seats. What is the best way to fill in the missing seat back material please?

Maybe have a look at the passenger carrying version of that vehicle, if there is one, and see if there's a plastic moulded infill piece fitted to the backs of the seats on those? If so, get a pair from a scrapper.

Thank you Avocet, I have searched on-line for seat back trims without success. I have applied matt black sticky back trim from craft shop and purchased storage bags that hang down the back of the seats. Not got them yet, arriving today.
