Building a roof on my garage and have 8 of these 780x980mm veluxs i got for free pulled out of a reno. Excellent condition they are but they came with slate flashing. My new roof will be concrete tiles. Im wanting to put two side by side on 4 areas of the roof. Been looking online and theres different gaps of the combo flashing. some are 18mm and others 50mm and when pricing the retailer been saying they are different prices and the 50mm coming in cheaper. Anyone know the difference apart from the sizing and why would one be dearer than the other.

And while im here, do i need a rafter in between the two veluxes or is it a case of just screwing the two together and installing the flashing kit around them. Ive installed many a veluxes but never a combo like this.

Double rafter in between, and I would get the 100mm flashing kit. There is also an adjustable variant available now.

Is the double rafter needed if i have 3 rafters each side of the ope and a double trimmer above and below.

Can't really say without knowing specifications, but if you don't have a rafter in the centre, you will have an aperture of 1.6m
i.e. 4 crippled rafters. Concrete tiles are heavy!

O i know they can be heavy but i cant see what you mean. Therell be no tiles on this rafter if one goes in. The trimmers will hold the tiles above the double veluxes.

and they are a lot more than 191 euros

Maybe so in the uk but these double tile flashing kits are coming in at this. Other stores thou selling alot dearer. This what i have in screenshots, this company are very reasonable with there prices.

edit. they are 235e. the 191e is ex vat
