The hot tap in my kitchen is dripping. When I apply pressure to the lever, it stops. Is there a part that I can just replace or do I need to replace the whole tap? I have included a photo reference for the type of tap it is and the inside.

Hi, Yes they are bristan. I tried attaching a photo to the original post but it seems it might not be showing. I have attached a photo here if the inside of my actual tap, if this helps. The valve bodies themselves should be standard 1/2" bsp valves - the key parts with them are the splines size (diameter and height) and the number of splines. So measure and count them, then go online. If they are Bristan then they should take the Bristan valves.
If not then they may be one of the universal sizes, as they look like contract type taps and you may be lucky. Worst case a reviver kit may be the answer.
Hi, i attached a photo to my original post of the taps, they are bristan but how do I find out the model? Ive attached a photo of the inside of ny tap to my reply here too if this helps. As above, so many variants of ceramic cartridge, sometimes you can get certain ones to fit by a fluke, otherwise you need the make/model of tap.

Or you can just replace the ceramic disc for a couple of ££'s.
Do you know the model of tap ?

All Bristan taps use the same 1/2" valves, either 1/4 trun ceramic or turn down compression, so if you buy Bristan replacements they should fit without issue.Hi i posted a photo of the taps to my original post, they are bristan but how do I find out the model?
