Immediate end to sanctions, immediate release of funds, immediate end to blockade (both sides). Iran promises not to build nuclear weapons.

Negotiations to discuss nuclear material in the future. $300 Billion reparation fund.

Multiple sources are reporting the same text. It might also mean the US withdrawing from it's various middle Eastern bases. Which would be in keeping with the US withdrawal from global affairs.

The girls school strike is an interesting one. Multiple IRGC targets were hit with pinpoint accuracy and negligible collateral damage. Until Mossad can pick up missile fragments for analysis, my money is firmly on the IRGC carrying out the launch themselves, either accidentally or by design, we already know from Gaza they have form for this sort of thing.

Masshad, the 2nd largest city in Iran, along with several other cities, have fallen to rebels. Russia is reporting the imminent collapse of the regime and thousands of IRGC are defecting.
I cant imagine the regime lasting till the end of the week.

US/Israel have complete control of the skies, over 90% of both Irans defence and offensive capability have been taken out, Irans leaders have been taken out, most of the IRGC infrastructure has been taken out and all of this 3 weeks in.

My guess is less than another 2 weeks before the regime falls, but it is just that, a guess.
