No, the car had 335 bullet holes. Its not clear how the 6 year old died as the paramedics sent to rescue her were also killed and it took two weeks before any rescuers were able to enter that area without being killed. The IDF did not render help obviously.
If you're going to rant about how the reports are made up you should at least read the report.

Which Report ? there have been literally hundreds of reports on this subject and thousand of posts on forums and the like, to read them all would be impossible, there are certain posts that I certainly wouldn't waste time reading..........in most cases anything from Al Jazeera Media who are funded by Hamas and Qatar, and very little from the BBC's Media Outlets the same goes for most UK newspapers.

Filly's wants us to believe the Israel’s Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) in preference to the version reported by major outlets such as Al Jazeera, the BBC, The Washington Post, and Sky News.
COGAT is an Israeli propaganda machine, probably headed up by Mark (who the **** is Mark)
There are reliable reposts that over 100 children have died of malnutrition in Gaza and over 37,000 breastfeeding women are suffering severe malnutrition.
But all of that is thrown into doubt because Filly has found a report by an Israeli propaganda machine that disputes one of the deaths.

Killed for reporting on atrocities conducted by Israel.
And not just Al Jazeera reporters are killed by Israel to prevent reporting of Israel's war crimes.
And it's not just reporters that have been targeted by Israel.
A pattern of behaviour that Israel is now repeating in Lebanon.
