Nothing in your link says Rapist............."for sexually abusing Carroll in a department store dressing room in the mid-1990s" In courts Rape is "the Commission of Non-Consensual Sexual Intercourse Against an individual by way of Physical Force, or the use of Threats or Drugs." whereas Sexual Abuse is " A Broad Term Encompassing Sexual Contact Without Consent." different from Rape and is as picky as the points you select to say I twist the Truth.
