Firstly, as has been observed, Dave Myers looked a lot like that, and he was not a political activist, so we can see that your test based on appearance has very poor sensitivity.

Secondly, the other photos I posted were all of political activists, and none of them looked a bit like #1. Se we can see that your test also has very poor specificity.
