An old mate of mine went a bought a few properties up Hull. 20 40 grand each. But problem areas.

Nicer parts of Hull looked great.

I live in a little hamlet outside of Hull, a very posh area that is a highly desireable area. It is really nice but as soon as you get towards Hull the areas change very quickly, some nice areas but some very run down and problem some areas.
