Screenwash problem

Thanks for that, great!
The hook on the neck isn't the problem, it holds a pipe from the coolant header tank.
It's the bit you can see at the bottom of the pic that's doing it. It looks like I need to push the tank away 15mm or so, then to the right, before pulling it out.
I'm not sure the video shows exactly the same tank as the pic, but very useful anyway. The pic is the same as mine.
I'll have another go, thanks again.

Done it, but it was a PITA. It turned out the lug on the back has a hole same as the one on the front (can't tell from the pics) with an M6 bolt. The trouble is, even if you know, it would be all but impossible to get a spanner on it in that location. And if you did manage that, getting the bolt back in on reassembly would be even harder. I ended up cutting through the lug with a tyre lever and lump hammer.
There was clag in the pump filter. I used bleach to clean the tank, which has got rid of the black gunge. Hope it's removed it, not just bleached it, but it works OK now.
If I ever have to renew the tank I'll saw the eye out to make it into a fork. It would be easy enough to make a peg to fit in the bolt hole to mate with it. Then the tank would push in and out no problem.

Make sure you use screen wash with biocide in it from this point on.

It’s a well known problem with bmws if you don’t use the oem screen wash.
