Hi.
Vaillent Ecotec + 824
Working at my sons house I removed the flexible condensate pipe for a couple of hours whilst removing worktops during a kitchen tear out but once replaced am getting F28, F29 and F54 fault codes.
Have switched on / off, done the reset thing and also a factory reset. From the gauge on the left hand side of the screen (gas burner flow isn’t?) it starts at 75%, goes to 100% then drops to 0 so it looks obvious the boiler is trying but failing to light but after a number of times we then get the codes.
Being Sunday we are reluctant to try and call folk out, more than happy to first thing tomorrow as the boiler could do with a service anyway- recently purchased the house - but is there anything obvious I might be missing? I’ve checked the condensate pipe is not blocked and am flummoxed as all we did was remove the pipe for a short while, turned water off for a bit and then made a small amount of dust whist stripping tiles off.
Thanks for any thoughts.
