Long shot, but I've always found this forum fantastic for advice. Basically has anyone cut keys for a living? Im looking to add key cutting to my post office business. It'll just be basic stuff I suppose. I really just need to know which machine I should start with and what training I require.

I suggest getting away from the post office completely, as in a few years time there won't be any post offices.
They are already mostly irrelevant for a large majority of the population.
I'm not so sure, people will be receiving & sending parcels forever and my local post office is always busy and thriving and I visit weekly. The main one in town however is staffed by zombies, is depressing, threatened with closure for years and not somewhere I choose to visit. Cutting keys is a good thing to be able to provide but I will always choose a local well established locksmith over anyone too greedy. We had Timpsons apply for planning permission to build a hub adjoining our local Sainsburys, fortunately a successful local campaign ended that. I hate Timpsons, the owner speaks one story their real life experience service is completely different IME, prices are easily double a local smithy.

Thousands of other shops you can drop off and collect parcels for multiple delivery companies, thousands of automated lockers everywhere for the same, and if you can't get to or use those, most delivery companies will collect from your home, including Royal Mail.
For sure, I have no choice to use such services sometimes but IME their service is generally inferior, my local PO is undoubtedly the most reliable and easiest. And to suggest that PO's wont exist is just daft and ridiculous. But you are a bit of an angry and ill-informed chap so we must forgive you.
