Raising concrete floor

I need to raise the existing concrete floor by around 6mm so that when l lay floor tiles they end up level with an existing floor.
Can anyone recommend a decent self levelling compound at all?
Currently there are some areas which are cracked and missing (see pictures) so should l fill those areas in first before l do anything else?

Chop the earth cable in, cut out any loose friable cracked screed then fill with some some strong screed (sharp sand) mix. Don't mix it too wet but damp down the conctete edge first.
Setcrete deep base floor levelling compound. You must prime the floor first.
