How do i remove this radiator

Permanently?

What is the construction of the floor?

Drain system. Remove valves from rad. Remove rad from wall. Remove brackets from wall. Open floor. Cut off pipes. Fit stop ends. Refill system. Make good.
 
So sorry, I should've of gave been a bit clearer. No not permanent , just need to fit panels behind the rad. So very temporary
 
Don't forget that if you fit panels to the wall that will move the radiator out from the wall by the depth of the panel and anything behind it. So that may affect where the pipework will need to be to ensure the valves line back up to the rad when re-installed
