Our broadband helpline number has changed and it now costs 25p per minute to call from a Virgin Phone, plus 10p to connect. The cost to call from mobiles and other networks may vary.
so the barsatds charge you good money to hang on the line listening to muzak when you're calling them to report a fault on their service
Hands up anyone who thinks that's an acceptable business practice.
