No heating from Ravenheat csi85T

First I know ravenheat boilers have a poor reputation but thats what I've got and am stuck with.
Sorry for the long post.
Currently I can get hot water no problem but the heating does not come on. I have linked out the thermostat and that made no difference.
I then checked that the pump wasn't siezed up, it wasn't.
I found I have no power from the pcb to the pump. I checked both the fuses on the pcb and they are good.
I thought it was a pcb problem and removed it to see if I could spot a dry joint or burnt out component. Nothing there. Having decided that I couldn't fix it that night I put it all back together so at least I could have a shower. The poxy thing then burst into life and ran fine that night and the next morning. However it died again yesterday evening.
Having read a bit about these problems on here I thought Ok C/H thermostat or pcb. I duly gave my wife the task of getting a C/H stat from the local heating people. Unfortunately my wife went into labour before she had the stat so now I have a cold house, no new stat and a new born child. So any idea which bit I should buy on Monday morning or any other things I should check. Wife is valiantly staying in hospital as long as she can so I get a chance to fix the heating.

Hi i would say it was a problem with the clock as all the boiler functions with the water on and the only thing that controls the heating is the time clock ravenheat have a problem with there digital clocks even if the red light is on the contacts inside to not make to turn the boiler on and power the pump and the fan most ravenheat boilers sit in the heating mode on the diverter with the micro switch in a closed position then providing the time clock and stat are all calling for heat it will fire as it does in the water mode what i used to do on a temp basis was to bridge the clock ouputs there is only 2 spade connectors and they are not live its only a switch when i got a new clock then i would put it in
but at least it worked but you have to switch it on and off with the front panel

It was a Ravenheat training day, we all went with ARGI. it was a really good day, and a lot of us that were there have said that we see Ravenheat boilers differently now. The only thing was, the information was coming thick and fast and took some keeping up with, for me at least, anyway.

Thanks for the ideas guys.
This morning the boiler is on again so I am leaning towards the clock being the problem. Short term fix has been to extend the on period until tonight. I will track down a timer. If this doesn't work I'll bypass the clock.

Yes the timer needs eliminating first (nice one gasmick), if its still the same go for the fan modulation board. Either way let us know the outcome.
