HELP ! . I arrived home tonight and ive got no heat or hot water. I have a boiler about 3 year old. It say's worcester 28 i junior ?. I pressed red button on front , nothing. I can hear the thing running, and when i try my hot water it click's but not hot. I have the book, but i wonder if you know ? Thank you sarah

does it have a little button on top of the thing on the left, or is that the big one?

Make sure , red cap on top is on ,and have tried getting a hairdryer on the pipe were it has a G for gas on the metal jig were the pipes come through to boiler.,dry that ,but the gas valve is the main one you do,its the part in front of you as you take the front off , or take the bottom panel off and use it from bottom.

Sorry,i am looking at it now and i have a little red lid on top.? . I am thinking if i will get someone out tonight.

Oh my god. I put my drier on the underneath and it started to click, after 2 or 3 min's. I carried on and it come on and is working. I cant believe it. THANK YOU GUY'S

Sorry, probably was not very clear. When you face the boiler, look from above and see if you see something sticking out, round, and about 1 cm. Press down on it, and check if you feel a click. It is a safety that stops the boiler from coming on after a fault. The one thing I can not remember if that was on your version or on the other one.
Failing this, read the manual and see if it says anything about RESET.
If you have lost the manual, you can download it from their website.

ps

ignore bobbo, he had a few too many
