See if you can find some antibiotics kicking around. It'll kill the bugs and relieve the pressure on the jawbone nerve. Then go to the dentist.

Try taking some Bisto..it wont get rid of it, but it will thicken it up a bit!

Cheers Joe,

No tablets like that kept here, however, I have found some old lem sips at the back of a drawer and I am going to rub the powder onto my gum.
Phoned a dental helpline, 10.45am appointment tomorrow morning, 25 miles away, but by then I think I will be willing to travel anywhere. The appointment is only £15.90 though, and the lady on the phone said that it included treatment !! . I dont trust that, I am going to draw some cash and wave it front of the dentist, that should get him pulling hopefully !!!

It could be a long long night.

what about going to the A & E hospital, would they be able to relieve pain or even take teeth out ? or would they just turn you away ! ?

When I went to the dentist with toothache last he said that he couldn't pull it out whilst it was full of infection as the gum wouldn't absorb the anesthetic, so he gave me antibiotics and said come back when it had subsided. Only takes a few hours to kill the infection. Outpatients should be able to provide them.

Sorted.

Dentist had one quick look and grabbed his flashy chrome pliers, pulled the broken tooth.
Exposed nerve was the problem??.

£15.90 well spent.

Mine cost £35 to remove, I'll crown my dentist the next time I see her.
